Paolo Giudici, L.P.C.C., L.A.D.A.C.



Managing Partner



Formerly the Behavioral Health Manager at the Penitentiary of New Mexico, Clinical Coordinator for Behavioral Health at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe and Clinical Director of Ayudantes Inc. He holds a fifth degree Black Belt in Aikido and is an instructor at the Aikido Insitute of New Mexico. His area of expertise is in Substance Abuse Sexual and Physical Abuse Sex Offenders treatment Crisis Intervention and Trauma related work. He is formally trained in Gestalt therapy, Bioenergetics, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.



Shari Hughes Scott, Ph.D., P.M.H.N.P.-B.C., L.P.C.C., L.M.F.T.



Managing Partner



Throughout her career, Dr. Scott has provided clinical supervision, training, and mentoring of multidisciplinary practitioners to include psychiatric residents and fellows of UT Southwestern Medical School, psychologists, family therapists, counselors, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants. She has been recognized as adjunct faculty at UT Southwestern Medical School and has taught in the psychiatric nurse practitioner program at the University of Texas at Arlington as a Clinical Assistant Professor, College of Nursing and Health Innovation. In addition, Dr. Scott has been fortunate to publish clinical research on the importance of Family Presence in the Emergency Room, attitudes about mental illness, and the importance of the father-daughter relationship in the treatment of adolescent girls with eating disorders to highlight a few.



Michael M. Giudici, L.C.S.W.



Managing Partner



Michael is a licensed independent clinical social worker and received his Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis on clinical social work practice from New Mexico Highlands University. Michael holds undergraduate degrees in both psychology and social work. Michael is certified as a clinical trauma professional and his areas of expertise are in: substance use disorders, psychiatric mood disorders, complex trauma, marriage and family issues, childhood/adolescence and aging. Additionally, Michael holds a second dan black belt in Iwama style Aikido. Currently, Michael works as the Deputy Clinical Director at the Santa Fe Recovery Center, and is a managing partner at Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting.



Kimberly Juarez, B.S.N., R.N.



Triage and Intake Specialist



Kimberly is a Registered Nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico. Kimberly is bilingual (Spanish/English) and currently performs all intake assessments to establish and triage medical necessity. Once these assessments are completed the clients are assigned an individual or family therapist to continue treatment. Kimberly has been an intake specialist for many years and has performed intake assessments and triage assessments in residential treatment settings and is adept in mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and effective therapeutic interventions.

Ashley Setzer, M.S., L.M.H.C., A.T.R.-B.C.



Licensed Contractor



Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist. She received her Master of Science in Creative Arts Therapy and Counseling from Nazareth College. Additionally, Ashley holds an undergraduate degree in Studio Arts. Ashley utilizes a creative, affirming and inclusive approach to psychotherapy and has a passion for working with teens and young adults a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her areas of expertise include: LGBTQIA+ issues, self-harm behaviors, dissociative disorders, complex trauma, and mood disorders. Ashley also has training in Brainspotting, a somatic-based technique adapted from EMDR, used to address trauma, anxiety and depression.



Cate Ashby, L.P.C.C.

Cate received a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from The College of Santa Fe in 2009. Cate is a certified practitioner of Brainspotting, a brain-based somatic therapy adapted from EMDR, which works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Cate is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator which is the curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, PhD. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, LGBTQ clients including those with gender dysphoria, and adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families are Cate’s main areas of focus.



Joshua Baca, M.A., M.P.A., L.M.H.C.

Joshua is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and received his Master of Arts in Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. Joshua additionally holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Joshua is certified as an E.M.D.R. therapist and his areas of expertise include: substance abuse, childhood and adult trauma, complex trauma, thought disorders, mood disorders and homelessness/vulnerable populations. Currently, Joshua works as a lead therapist at Darrins Place and is formerly the Intake Department Director for the Santa Fe Recovery Center.



Montse Oceguera Campos, L.C.S.W.

Montse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico Highlands University. Montse's area of clinical concentration is around bilingual/bicultural psychotherapy and this is a lens she currently brings to her private practice. Montse is certified as a Multisystemic Therapist (MST) and her areas of expertise include: childhood/adolescence and aging, substance abuse, homelessness, immigration stress, marriage and family counseling. Currently Montse works as a lead triage therapist providing Treat First at the Lifelink and holds an individual caseload at Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting.

Scott Chapman, M.A., L.M.H.C.



Licensed Contractor



Scott is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. He came to the counseling profession after a career in outdoor adventure programming for adolescents. Scott enjoys the relational nature of psychotherapy and meets clients with a person-centered approach. He believes in the power of the collaborative therapeutic relationship to heal and increase wellness. He enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples. Outside of counseling, Scott loves climbing rocks, being creative, his Santa Fe community, and spending time with his kids.



Lily Morrill, M.A., L.P.C.C.

Lily graduated with a Master's degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. She interned at Ralston House in Arvada, CO and at Denver Colorado AIDS Project. Lily has worked in residential treatment focused on behavioral health, trauma and addiction for the past 6 years. In addition, she also works in Equine Therapy and currently holds an individual caseload at Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting. She specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, addiction and trauma work with a focus on somatic healing experiences to improve clinical outcomes. Lily has training in Somatic Experiencing, Body-Mind Centering, Gestalt and the Moving Cycle (Christine Caldwell).



Jesse Baca, M.A., L.M.H.C., L.S.A.A.

Jesse is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. Jesse has been practicing as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor since 2019. Jesse’s areas of expertise include: mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, stress management and marriage and family counseling. Jesse is certified in the MATRIX Model Addiction Recovery Curriculum. Jesse has experience in working in the corrections, human services, and behavioral health fields. Jesse is currently a Behavioral Health Therapist through El Centro Family Health and holds an individual caseload at Santa Fe Psychotherapy.



Sky Hitt, M.A., L.M.H.C.

Sky has a Master’s degree in Counseling from Southwestern College, and specializes in life transitions, anxiety, depression, addictions, and the exploration of purpose and meaning. He holds a safe, confidential space for clients to listen, understand and accept all parts of themselves. With a passion for Jungian depth psychology, he enjoys working with dreams and imagination to help clients bridge these various parts and take the next step in their lives.
