This action will follow a carefully planned strategy consistent with the interests of family, friends, colleagues, the company as well as the individual. The strategies employed provide the individual an opportunity to get confidential help without loss of dignity. This help includes an integrated program that begins with the intervention and continues with treatment and follow-up. WE RESPECT THE TIME CONSTRAINTS OF THE INTERVENTION PARTICIPANTS. Family members, friends, employees, colleagues and company executives can find themselves trapped by such disorders. Their denial of the problem and ambivalence about treatment blurs their reality. Intervention is the process of presenting reality to such individuals in a receivable way. It is an invitation -- not a confrontation -- to accept help. Why Interventions Work Treatment works, but getting the individual to treatment is easier said than done. The exact nature of the problem may not be readily identifiable and those who could help are too close to the problem to be helpful. Besides, family members, friends, colleagues and supervisors are not in the business of treatment. A qualified professional intervention specialist is. We Come to Your Location An intervention can be stressful -- but far less stressful than not taking action. Because we know how difficult it is to finally seek help, our intervention service is designed to minimize further complications. We do this by allowing for the Intervention session and the Preparation session to be had at your location, if indicated. All other Information gathering and Post-Intervention activity may be conducted at our office or via skype, telephone, and email.
